Music FunTime is more than just a play group.

It’s a classroom experience where we connect math and science skills through music. Music FunTime – an innovative and proven early childhood curriculum – is offered at the New Jersey Workshop for the Arts for kids ages 3-5. Music FunTime is not just a simple play group where children sing, dance, and bang on drums. Our program is based on Johns Hopkins Research that very young children can learn to read music notation and play musical instruments, while fostering their ability to grasp math and science by uniting the two hemispheres of the brain as they develop.

Through small preschool-age group music classes in a classroom atmosphere, children use musical crafts, worksheets, games and instruments in a fun exciting way to explore the arts and develop a strong learning foundation upon which they will build and succeed all through their school years.

Half-hour classes take place weekly throughout the year. Start any time – registration is ongoing.

Tuition is $110.00 per month plus one-time $50.00 registration fee; all materials included!
